Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to make changes. Please contact info@collectiblekingdom.co.uk as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a cancellation by emailing info@collectiblekingdom.co.uk.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

At the moment, we do not offer gift wrapping, but we hope to introduce this in the future!

Can I pre-order items?

Yes! If an item is available for pre-order, it will be clearly marked on the product page. Payment is taken at checkout, and we will notify you when your item is ready to ship.


Shipping & Delivery

How much is UK delivery?

We offer FREE UK mainland shipping on orders over £50 with 2-3 day tracked delivery.

For orders under £50, the delivery charges are:

  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked (2-3 days) – £3.99
  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked (1-2 days) – £4.99

For Northern Ireland, the charges are:

  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked (3-5 days) – £4.99
  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked (2-3 days) – £6.99

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the shipping method you select at checkout:

  • Standard Delivery: 2-4 working days
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 working days

Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently, we only ship within the UK, but we may expand our shipping options in the future!

Can I track my order?

Yes! All our shipping options are tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

What happens if my order is delayed?

While we aim to dispatch orders quickly, occasional postal delays can occur. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information or contact us for further assistance.

What happens after I place an order?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • When your order has been picked and dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.
  • If you don’t see these emails, please check your Junk/Spam folder in case they were filtered.

I haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?

If you haven’t received an order confirmation email:

  1. Check your Junk/Spam folder.
  2. There might be an error in the email address you provided at checkout.
  3. Some email addresses may be flagged as spam by our system.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns for unwanted items as long as they are returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the unwanted item for a refund.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

My item has arrived and it's damaged or faulty. What can I do?

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at info@collectiblekingdom.co.uk as soon as possible.

  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  • We’ll guide you through the next steps to resolve the problem quickly.

Are your collectibles officially licensed?

Yes! All our Disney collectibles are 100% authentic and officially licensed by Enesco and other trusted brands.

Do you sell limited edition or exclusive items?

Yes! We stock limited edition and hard-to-find collectibles, but availability is limited. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to get early access to special releases.

How can I take care of my collectibles?

To keep your collectibles in pristine condition:

  • Keep them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
  • Dust them regularly with a soft microfiber cloth.
  • Store them in their original packaging when not on display.

Account & Discounts

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest! However, creating an account allows you to track orders and save your details for faster checkout.

Do you offer loyalty points or rewards?

We don’t currently have a loyalty program, but stay tuned for future updates!

How do promotional codes work?

When you sign up for our newsletter, you’ll receive a discount code via email. If you don’t see it, check your Junk/Spam folder.

Occasionally, we offer promotional codes for new customers. Please note:

  • Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
  • Promo codes must be entered at checkout to apply the discount.

Can I use more than one discount code?

No, only one discount code can be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

No, we are an online-only store, which allows us to keep our prices competitive and offer a wider range of collectibles!

We currently do not offer wholesale orders.
