If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund—no questions asked! You will only need to cover the return shipping costs.
How to Return an Order
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return all or part of your order.
- Please email us at info@collectiblekingdom.co.uk, quoting your order ID, to initiate the return process.
- Items must be returned in original packaging, with tags attached, and in a resaleable condition. Any extras included (e.g., certificates, dust bags) must also be returned.
- Any free gifts or promotional items sent with your order must be returned if the entire order is refunded.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.
If the return is due to a fault with the product, please contact us before returning it to confirm the correct returns process and shipping method.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the parcel reaches us, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days.
- If you return only part of an order that qualified for free delivery, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
