Important Delivery Information
📦 Fast Dispatch:
We aim to ship most orders placed by 1 PM (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) on the same day! 🚀 However, please allow 1-3 working days for any unexpected delays.
📦 Weekend Shipping Notices:
If you receive a shipping notification over the weekend, your parcel will be collected by the courier on Monday—we like to stay ahead of the game! 😉
📦 Safe Place & Missing Parcels:
We do not recommend requesting parcels to be left in a safe place or on doorsteps, as we cannot be held responsible if they go missing. The final decision on safe-place deliveries lies with the postal carrier. If they cannot find a secure location, a calling card will be left, and your parcel will be available for collection at the local sorting office.
If your tracking shows "Delivered", but you haven’t received your order, please check with neighbors, concierge, or designated safe places before contacting us.
