Shipping costs are based on parcel weight and destination. Prices start from £7.50 and are clearly shown at checkout before payment.

📦 Important Delivery Information
Fast Dispatch:
We aim to ship most orders placed by 1 PM (Monday–Friday) on the same day. Please allow 1–3 working days in case of unexpected delays.
Weekend Notices:
If you receive a shipping confirmation over the weekend, your parcel will be collected by the courier on Monday.
Safe Place & Missing Parcels:
We don’t recommend requesting parcels to be left in a “safe place” as we can’t be responsible if they go missing. Couriers decide whether a location is secure enough. If they can’t find one, they’ll leave a calling card and take your parcel to your local delivery office.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors, reception, or safe spots before contacting us.
